How the club works
Membership within the Club entitles the practice member to several benefits, but the most notable is the development of a complete health and safety management program designed for their specific practice. After receiving a welcome package, including direction on a few simple steps to get started, elements of the safety program are released on a monthly basis for a period of 12 months. A review of each monthly element is conducted via webinar with the designated team member at the practice, to ensure full understanding. In the event that the team member cannot participate in the conference call, a copy of the webinar will be available for review.
By breaking a rather overwhelming body of regulations into a series of smaller steps and by providing guidance in implementation, we make the entire process much easier to manage.
At the conclusion of the program, your practice has a complete, compliant health and safety program that is well understood and has been communicated to team members in the practice.
The Dental Practice Safety Club Program — Components
Joining the Dental Practice Safety Club involves a monthly subscription for ease of budgeting. Members receive a comprehensive Welcome Package including a corporate binder which becomes the health and safety manual, containing core health and safety policies to get started as well as several other gifts and resources.
Subsequent program elements including programs and procedures specifically tailored to dentistry are released monthly to be added to the health and safety manual. Combined, they create your integrated health and safety management system. This extensive combination of policies, procedures, programs and resources includes over 60 areas of subject matter materials, expertly written in clear, understandable language.
